Kim Foley currently serves as the Director of Payroll within the Finance
Division at WVU. She has been with the WVU Payroll Office for over 20 years. During her tenure with WVU, she has served in the
capacity of Associate Director and Professional
Technologist. She has been the Director of Payroll since February 2,
2020. Kim has been a member of several implementation teams on campus including
MyTime and Biweekly Payroll.
